No, not yet. My guess is that its first half will probably post this next Monday (Mar. 8). We’ve got episodes spaced to at least two weeks between. (One can’t be a localist and be in a hurry.) 🙂

I’m planning to record it and put it in the queue for RFE. In front of it is a talk I did at Bucknell University a few weeks back, entitled “This Holy Earth: Ecological Vision in the Cosmic Cathedral.”

As for what the operative verb for podcasting is, I really have no idea. I think post is probably used the most, though launch seems to be the AFR-preferred term for the first episode.

Andrew. Record your talk. If AFR publishes we will link here. If it doesn’t, we will publish it here. (Do you “publish” or “post” or “air” a podcast? I don’t really know.)

I’ve noticed when I’ve traveled across the country all the small towns named Bethlehem, New Zion, Bethel, and the like. I wonder about the courage it took to settle in a small spot on the prairie and elsewhere and start farming and build towns. No doctor. No electricity. When it got dark only the moon and stars gave light. Schools and small churches were often the buildings first built after the home. Not knowing whether it would rain this season. Dependent only on yourself, your neighbors, and God. I think those biblical place-names reflected that dependence and hope.
