It appears Stokoe was the one to go. This from Byzantine Texas:
Mark Stokoe, the founder and editor of OCANews.org was removed officially today from his positions on the Midwest Diocesan Council and the OCA Metropolitan Council by Bishop Matthias. Mark Stokoe has indicated that he himself will make public the text of the bishop’s letter of removal on OCANews.org tomorrow.

I think Stokoe believes he is caring for the institution by removing clergy and hierarchs (i.e. Met. Jonah) of whom he does not approve. +Jonah has his agenda for the Church, Stokoe has his. Oil. Water. One has to go or there will certainly be disunity.

On the other hand: “Allowing a personal appearance of impropriety (according to the institution’s teaching) to continue, generating scandal, while beginning a campaign of public articles advocating same.”
