The New York Port Authority has an obligation — an obligation that is spiritual as well as legal — to ensure that St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church is rebuilt at the World Trade Center site where it was destroyed by Muslim terrorists on September 11, 2001.
Just how the Port Authority can approve of the construction of a mosque at Ground Zero — and not approve of the construction of St. Nicholas Church which was destroyed on that site by Muslim terrorists — makes no sense whatsoever, and indeed is a disgrace to the thousands of innocent people who lost their lives at Ground Zero on September 11, 2001.
